FAQ
Questions about TicketPa's features
How does TicketPa prevent double bookings?
TicketPa tracks the capacity of every time slot and holds places while a guest completes their booking. If two guests try to take the last place at the same moment, only one booking goes through. Private groups book the whole time slot, so nobody else can join it. Bookings from Viator and GetYourGuide take their places in the same calendar.
Can guests change or cancel their own booking?
Yes. Every ticket links to a page where guests can cancel up to the start time and get the refund your policy allows. While cancelling is still fully refunded, they can also move their booking to another time slot themselves, without emailing you.
Can my team use TicketPa too?
Yes. Invite your team as owners, managers or hosts. Managers run bookings, activities and reports. Hosts run the day: they see their own time slots and guest lists and check guests in, without access to reports or payment settings.
Do I or my guests need to install an app?
No. Guests book in any web browser and get their QR ticket by email. You use TicketPa in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and check guests in by scanning their QR tickets with the phone's camera.
