These terms are the agreement between TicketPa and the business that uses it. Please read them before you create an account. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, and our data processing agreement is part of these terms.

Who we are

TicketPa is run by the holder of individual activity certificate No. 777726, Vilnius, Lithuania ("TicketPa", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@ticketpa.com, and for help with the app at support@ticketpa.com.

Accepting these terms

TicketPa is for businesses. By creating an account, you accept these terms for the business you use TicketPa for ("you"), and you confirm that you may do so on its behalf. If you don't agree, don't use TicketPa. TicketPa is not for consumers buying for themselves.

People you invite to your business on TicketPa use it on your behalf, and you are responsible for what they do there.

What TicketPa does

TicketPa is booking software for businesses that sell time slots, such as tours, activities, classes and workshops. It gives you a booking page, schedules and time slots, tickets and emails to your guests, check-in, payments and reports, as described on our website.

We keep improving TicketPa, so features change over time. If we plan to remove a feature that you rely on, we tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Your account and your team

Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password safe, and turn on two-factor authentication. Tell us at once at hello@ticketpa.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Owners decide who joins the business and with which role. Each person needs their own account; don't share sign-ins.

Plans and fees

Our plans, prices and fees are on our pricing page. They are:

  • A subscription for your plan, paid monthly or yearly in advance once billing starts for your account. We tell you before we first charge you, and you can close your account before then.
  • A fee on online payments, a percentage of each payment a guest makes online, which depends on your plan. Stripe deducts it automatically from each payment as an application fee. Bookings paid on arrival carry no fee.

Stripe also charges its own card fees under your agreement with Stripe. Prices don't include taxes; where tax applies, it is added as the law requires. Fees you have paid are not refunded, unless the law or these terms say otherwise. We give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you.

Online payments through Stripe

To take payments online, you connect your own Stripe account and accept Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You are the seller of your activities: guests pay you, Stripe pays out to you, and TicketPa never holds your money. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes are between you, your guest and Stripe, and Stripe's fees for them are yours.

Your guests and your activities

When a guest books with you through TicketPa, the contract for the activity is between you and your guest. TicketPa is not a party to it and is not a travel agent or an organiser of your activities. You are responsible for:

  • your activities themselves, their safety, and the licences, permits and insurance they need;
  • your prices, your cancellation and refund rules, and keeping to them;
  • giving guests the information consumer law requires, such as who you are, the total price and your cancellation terms;
  • whether your waivers are valid where you operate;
  • any taxes on your sales;
  • the emails you choose to send guests, such as review requests, and having a lawful basis for them.

Data protection

For your guests' personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data processing agreement sets out how we process that data for you, and it is part of these terms. You need your own privacy notice for your guests, and you may link to the section of our privacy policy for guests.

For the personal data of you and your team, we are the controller, as described in our privacy policy.

Your content

Your content is what you add to TicketPa: activity descriptions, photos, your logo, waivers, policies and guest details. It stays yours. You give us the right to store, copy, adjust (for example resize photos) and show it, only as needed to run TicketPa for you, including on your public booking page.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that your content is lawful and accurate.

Using TicketPa fairly

You must not:

  • break the law, or sell activities or content that are illegal;
  • mislead guests about your activities, prices or conditions;
  • upload content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is hateful, violent or sexually explicit;
  • send spam or use guest details for purposes your guests haven't agreed to;
  • try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission;
  • overload, disrupt or reverse engineer TicketPa, or collect data from it by automated means;
  • resell TicketPa or give others access to it outside your business.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone can tell us about content on TicketPa that they believe is illegal, such as a booking page or photo. Write to hello@ticketpa.com and include:

  • the exact web address of the content;
  • why you believe it is illegal;
  • your name and email address (you may leave these out if the report concerns child sexual abuse material);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

We look at every report promptly and carefully. If we remove or restrict content, we tell the business why and how it can contest our decision, and we tell the person who reported it what we decided. You can contest a decision by replying to our email. This address is also our single point of contact for public authorities and for users under the EU Digital Services Act, in English or Lithuanian.

Suspending or ending your account

You can stop using TicketPa and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay fees that are due, put guests, other businesses or TicketPa at risk, or if the law requires it. We tell you why, and where we can, we give you a chance to fix the problem first. For any other reason, we give you at least 30 days' notice by email before closing your account.

Before your account closes, download what you need, for example the bookings CSV in Reports. Within 90 days after a business closes, we delete its data, except what the law requires us to keep, as set out in the data processing agreement.

Availability and support

We work to keep TicketPa running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We sometimes need to pause it for maintenance, and where we can, we do that at quiet times. For help, write to support@ticketpa.com.

Our rights

TicketPa itself, its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use TicketPa for your business while your account is open, and nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

Liability

TicketPa is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we don't give promises about it beyond those in these terms.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data, or for problems caused by services we don't control, such as Stripe, email delivery or your guests' devices. Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is more.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that Lithuanian law doesn't allow us to limit.

You will cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others, including your guests, that arise from your activities, your content or your breach of these terms or the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when TicketPa or the law changes. For changes that matter, we email the owners of each business at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then. Continuing to use TicketPa after that means you accept the new terms.

Transfer to a company

We plan to move TicketPa into a company in the future. We may transfer these terms, and your account, to a company that takes over TicketPa, and we will tell you before we do. You may not transfer these terms without our written agreement.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If something goes wrong, please write to us first, and we will try to settle it with you. Disputes that can't be settled are decided by the courts of Lithuania in Vilnius.

Visiting our website

If you only visit our website, you may use it to learn about TicketPa. The information on it is general and may change, and links to other sites are there for convenience, without our responsibility for them.
