What's new
The changes we make to TicketPa, newest first. Each entry says what changed, the day it went live, which plans have it and where the help center shows you how to use it.
NewStandard and Pro plans
Guests now draw their signature on their ticket, or type their name, and a parent or guardian signs for a child. Guests who didn't sign can sign on your phone or tablet on site. Every signature is on the booking, ready to print.
New
The sparkle at the top of your dashboard opens the latest changes to TicketPa. A dot on it means there is something you haven't seen yet. The full list is on the What's new page.
New
A new box on the Booking page screen lets you keep your booking page and activity pages out of Google and other search engines. Guests can still book through your link. A booking page with no published activity stays out of search results by itself.
Improved
Team and settings in the sidebar is now a page of its own, for your business details and your team. Your Profile, Security and Businesses open from your initials at the top right.
ImprovedStandard and Pro plans
When you scan a QR code that isn't a ticket, or a ticket for another business, Check-in now says so in plain words instead of showing the long link it read.
New
Anyone can now create an account and take bookings, with the Standard plan free for 30 days and no card needed. The first version has time slots and appointments, a booking page in 16 languages, online payments, check-in and reports.
