Why we built TicketPa
Most activity businesses are small teams. They run tours, classes and workshops, and they need bookings that simply work.
Many of them sell through marketplaces that keep a share of every booking, or use tools made for much larger companies. We built TicketPa for everyone in between.
Guests book and pay on your own booking page, and the relationship with them stays with you. The price stays clear too: a monthly plan, plus a small fee on online payments only.

Data kept in the European Union
Our servers are in the EU. The database is backed up every 6 hours to encrypted storage in the EU, and each backup is deleted after 30 days.
GDPR and a data processing agreement
Every business gets a data processing agreement as part of our terms. Guest details belong to the business that takes the booking.
Card details never reach us
Guests pay through Stripe or PayPal, and online payments go to the business's own account. Card details never touch our servers.

Questions about TicketPa
Who makes TicketPa?
TicketPa is built and run from Vilnius, Lithuania. It makes online booking software for businesses that sell time slots, like tours, classes, workshops and activities.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Backups are encrypted, kept in the EU and deleted after 30 days. Visits to our website pass through Cloudflare's network, as our privacy policy explains.
Is TicketPa only for businesses in Europe?
No. Businesses anywhere can sell in their own currency and timezone. Our plans are priced in euros, US dollars, pounds, złoty and Swedish, Norwegian and Danish kroner. Pay on arrival works in every country, and online payments work wherever Stripe or PayPal does.
