What is tour booking software?

Tour booking software lets guests book and pay for a tour online, and gives the operator one place to manage departures, places, guests and payments. TicketPa adds your own booking page, QR tickets, reminders and phone check-in, so a small team can run tours without spreadsheets.

Can I keep selling on Viator and GetYourGuide?

Yes. TicketPa syncs with Viator and GetYourGuide, so a booking on either takes its places in your calendar and you never sell the same place twice. Direct bookings on your own page carry no marketplace commission.

Can guides use TicketPa on their phones?

Yes. Add your guides as hosts. They see their own tours for the day, scan tickets with the phone camera and check guests in. Hosts do not see your reports or payment settings, and there is nothing to install.

Can guests book a private tour?

Yes. Add a private tour price for a group. When a guest books it, the whole time slot is theirs and it comes off sale for everyone else. You can sell shared tickets and private tours on the same schedule.

How much does tour booking software cost?

TicketPa starts at €19 a month plus 2% of online payments, and bookings paid on the day carry no fee. Standard, at €49 a month plus 1%, adds mobile check-in, waivers, weather cancellations, review requests and reports. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial of Standard.
