Free trial: your first month is free. Every new business gets the Standard plan for 30 days, no card needed, then picks the plan that fits.
Pay on arrival bookings are free on every plan. Prices exclude VAT and can be paid in euros, US dollars, British pounds, Polish zloty, or Swedish, Norwegian or Danish kroner. Card fees are charged separately by Stripe or PayPal.

When a guest pays online, TicketPa takes 2%, 1% or 0.5% of the payment, depending on your plan. You pay it, or add it to the guest's price.

Yes. Every new business gets the Standard plan free for 30 days, with no card needed, so you can set up your activities and take real bookings first. At the end of the trial, you choose the plan that fits your business.
No. Bookings paid on arrival carry no fee on any plan, however many you take. You only pay your monthly plan. The fee applies only when a guest pays online through TicketPa.
Your payment provider does. Online payments go through your own Stripe or PayPal account, so the provider charges its usual card fee and pays the money out to you. TicketPa's fee on online payments is separate and depends on your plan.
Yes, on every plan. You can pay TicketPa's fee yourself, which is the default, or add it to the guest's price as a booking fee at checkout. Bookings paid on arrival never carry a fee.
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free: Basic is €190 a year, Standard is €490 and Pro is €990. The plans and their features are the same whichever way you pay.
Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. You can pay in euros, US dollars, British pounds, Polish zloty, or Swedish, Norwegian or Danish kroner. Dollar prices are the same numbers as in euros, so Basic is $19 a month, Standard is $49 and Pro is $99. In pounds, Basic is £16 a month, Standard is £42 and Pro is £84. In zloty, Basic is 79 zł a month, Standard is 199 zł and Pro is 399 zł. In Swedish or Norwegian kroner, Basic is 199 kr a month, Standard is 549 kr and Pro is 1,099 kr. In Danish kroner, Basic is 149 kr a month, Standard is 369 kr and Pro is 749 kr.
