    Your room sets your capacity. Give each workshop its places and the kit it uses, and TicketPa won't schedule two workshops that need the same wheels at the same time.

    Sell clay, firing, frames or flowers as paid extras with the booking. Materials are paid up front, and you know how much to prepare before the session.

Questions about workshop booking software

What is workshop booking software?

Workshop booking software lets guests book a place in a workshop, add materials and pay online, while the studio manages sessions, places and equipment in one place. TicketPa is made for hands-on workshops with set start times, like pottery, painting, candle making and flower arranging.

Can guests buy materials with their booking?

Yes. Add materials and extras as paid add-ons, such as firing, frames or a take-home kit. Guests choose how many of each they want while booking and pay for everything together, so you know what to prepare before the session starts.

Can I run a workshop that only happens once?

Yes. Add a one-off time slot to any workshop, for example for a guest maker or a seasonal special. It sells on your booking page like any other session, and you can remove it while it has no bookings.

Can a group book the whole workshop?

Yes. Set a private workshop price for a group. When a group books it, the whole session is theirs and it is no longer on sale to anyone else. It suits birthdays, hen parties and team events, and you can sell shared places and private workshops on the same schedule.

Does it work for multi-week courses?

Not yet. TicketPa sells places in single sessions. If you run a course over several weeks, guests book each session on its own. Courses sold as one package are not supported today. Each session keeps its own places, guest list and check-in.
