Each system uses its cheapest plan for your bookings, and the cheapest is at the top. If a system lets you add its fee to the guest's price, the fee counts as yours.

Tour booking softwareThe calculator takes your bookings for 12 months. Bookings from marketplaces such as Viator are counted on their own. All other bookings come to you directly, and guests pay for them online or on arrival.
For each booking system, it uses the cheapest published plan for your number of bookings. The yearly cost is the monthly price times 12, plus the fee on each booking. TicketPa, Bókun, Rezdy and Checkfront take their fee only when guests pay online. FareHarbor takes its fee on every booking made with you. Rezdy also charges a small fixed fee for each booking not paid online.
TicketPa, Bókun, Rezdy and Checkfront let you add their fee to the guest's price. The calculator counts that fee as your cost, unless you switch on "Add the booking fee to the guest's price". FareHarbor always adds its fee to the guest's price, so it appears under "Guests pay extra". FareHarbor publishes its 6% only for businesses that sell less than $35,000 a year online and have used FareHarbor for a year. Bókun's free plan is left out because it can't take online bookings.
Prices in other currencies are converted at the European Central Bank rate of 12 October 2026. Card fees appear on their own line, at Stripe's price for a standard card, because every booking system charges them. VAT, add-ons such as waivers, setup fees and special deals are not included.

FAQ
For a small tour or activity business, usually from a few hundred to a few thousand euros a year. Plans cost from €19 to $499 a month, and most systems also take 0.5% to 3% of online bookings. FareHarbor has no monthly price and adds 6% to your guests' price instead. Use the calculator above to see your own number.
FareHarbor has no monthly price for you. Your guests pay its booking fee on top of your price. The fee is 6% on every booking made with you, including bookings your staff enter, if you sell less than $35,000 a year online and have used FareHarbor for a year. Card fees come off your payouts as well.
A fee per booking is cheaper while you are small or seasonal. A monthly plan is cheaper once you are busy, because its price stays the same however much you sell. TicketPa has a small monthly price and takes its fee only on online payments. The calculator shows which option is cheapest for your bookings.
Card fees appear on their own line, because every booking system charges them. With Stripe, a standard European card costs 1.5% + €0.25 per payment, a UK card 1.5% + 20p and a US card 2.9% + 30 cents. Stripe or PayPal charges this fee. TicketPa's fee is separate.
TicketPa charges its 0.5% to 2% fee only when guests pay online. When guests pay on arrival, in cash, by card on the day or by bank transfer, there is no TicketPa fee on any plan. Some systems do charge for these bookings. Rezdy, for example, takes $0.70 to $1 for each booking not paid online.
Yes, on every plan. You can pay TicketPa's fee yourself, which is the default, or add it to the guest's price as a booking fee at checkout. Bookings paid on arrival never carry a fee. Switch on "Add the booking fee to the guest's price" in the calculator to see your year both ways.
Airbnb takes a 20% fee on experiences. Viator and GetYourGuide set their commission in each supplier's contract and don't publish one number. Tour operators usually report 20% to 30%, and GetYourGuide says its rate depends on the country. Enter your own rate in the calculator to see what you pay in a year.
We checked every price on each company's own website on 12 October 2026, and we check them again every three months. Prices change and can depend on your country, so confirm the price with the company before you choose a booking system.
