Reports shows your bookings, guests, money and how full your time slots were, for any dates you pick. Use it to look back at a month, compare activities or see what's coming up.
Pick the dates
- Go to Reports in the sidebar. It opens on the last 30 days.
- Select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, This year or Next 30 days, or pick your own first and last day with the two dates next to them.
The dates are the days the activities run, each on its own local date, not the days guests booked. A report covers up to 731 days. For a longer range, it keeps the last 731 days.
What the numbers mean
The four tiles at the top:
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Bookings | Bookings that are confirmed, checked in or marked as no-shows. |
| Guests | The people on those bookings. |
| Revenue | What those bookings are worth, paid or not. |
| Places taken | The share of places taken on time slots that weren't cancelled. |
The line below the tiles adds:
- Collected: what was paid and not refunded, on every booking of those days, cancelled ones included.
- How much was refunded, how many bookings were cancelled and how many were marked as no-shows. No-shows count in Bookings too.
- How many places were taken of the places offered, and on how many time slots.
Bookings on hold, awaiting payment, cancelled or expired don't count in Bookings, Guests or Revenue. Money in different currencies is shown on separate lines, never added up.
The chart and tables
- The chart shows Bookings, Guests or Revenue per day. Switch between them with Show. Select Show table to see all three day by day, and Show chart to go back.
- By activity shows the bookings, guests, places taken, revenue and collected for each activity.
- By channel shows the same, without places, for the Booking page, Added by your team and Walk-in.
