Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie TicketPa uses and what each one is for.
In short: we use the cookies the site needs to work, and Google Analytics cookies on the pages of our website to count visits, which you can turn off at any time. We also count visits with our own statistics, which set no cookies. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't store anything else in your browser.
Your choice
Google Analytics runs on the pages of our website, so we can see how many people visit and which pages help them. You can turn it off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page of our website: we then delete its cookies from your browser and stop loading it. The site works the same either way, and our own statistics, which set no cookies, keep counting.
Google Analytics never runs on booking pages, ticket pages or inside the TicketPa app.
Cookies the site needs
These keep you signed in, protect the site and its forms against abuse and remember your cookie choice. The law lets us use them without asking, because the site can't work without them.

ticketpa-session |

XSRF-TOKEN |

remember_web_... |

sidebar_state |

ticketpa_cookie_consent |

__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid |

cf_clearance |

Stripe's cookies are described in Stripe's cookie policy. Cloudflare's cookies are described in Cloudflare's documentation.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to see which pages of our website help people and which don't. It tells us things like how many people visited a page and where they came from, never who you are.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
_ga |
Tells visits apart with a random ID | 13 months |
_ga_... |
Keeps track of the current visit | 13 months |
We have turned off Google's advertising features and Google signals, and Google Analytics never runs on booking pages, ticket pages or inside the TicketPa app. Google keeps the analytics data for 2 months. How Google handles it: Google's privacy policy.
Website statistics without cookies
Next to Google Analytics, we count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that runs on our own server in the European Union. The data stays with us: no analytics company receives it.
Umami sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It records the page, the site you came from, your browser, device type, screen size and language, and an approximate location (country, region and city) worked out from your IP address. To tell visits apart, it turns your IP address and browser details into a random ID that changes every month; the IP address itself is never stored. The statistics can't tell us who you are.
Umami never runs on booking pages, ticket pages or inside the TicketPa app. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, Umami doesn't count your visit at all.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Your browser can also block or delete cookies. Blocking the cookies the site needs stops sign-in and booking from working. To block Google Analytics on every website, you can install Google's opt-out add-on.
For how we handle personal data in general, see our privacy policy. Questions: hello@ticketpa.com.
