Your booking page is where guests see your activities and book them. Customise it with your logo, an accent colour, a welcome line, its languages and your contact details, so it looks like yours.

Steps to customise your booking page

  1. Go to Booking page in the sidebar.
  2. Under Logo, select Upload logo and pick a PNG, JPEG or WebP file up to 5 MB. A wide logo on a transparent background looks best. The logo is saved straight away.
  3. Under Accent colour, pick Orange, Sun, Crimson, Plum, Teal, Forest or Navy.
  4. Under Welcome, write a line or two in Welcome text, up to 500 characters.
  5. Under Languages, choose the languages guests can pick and your Default language. See Booking page languages.
  6. Under Contact, add the Email, Phone and Website guests can use to reach you.
  7. Select Save booking page.

To check the result, select Open booking page at the top. Your page opens in a new tab.

Note: Only the logo saves on its own. The colour, welcome text, languages and contact details are saved when you select Save booking page.

To change the logo later, select Replace logo. Select Remove to show your business name instead.

Where guests see each part

Part Where guests see it
Logo At the top of your booking page, tickets and guest emails. Without one, your business name shows.
Accent colour On buttons and highlights on your booking page and tickets, and on the button in guest emails.
Welcome text At the top of your booking page. Search engines and link previews can show it too.
Contact At the bottom of your booking page and tickets. Replies to guest emails go to your contact email.
Languages In the switch at the top of your booking page and tickets, and in the language of guest emails.

Good to know

  • The Email under Contact starts as the contact email you gave when you set up the business.
  • If your phone number isn't accepted, add its country code, like +44.
  • Your business name comes from Team and settings. See Change your business details.
  • The code under Book now button on the Share page uses your accent colour. After you change the colour, copy the code again. See Add a Book now button to your website.
