Questions about class booking software
What is class booking software?
Class booking software lets students find a class time, book a place and pay online, while the teacher manages class times, places and attendance in one place. TicketPa is made for classes that people book one at a time, like cooking, art, language and dance classes.
Can I sell memberships or class packs?
Not yet. TicketPa sells places in single classes, paid when booking or on the day. It does not sell memberships, class passes or multi-week courses, so it suits one-off and drop-in classes best. Students who come often simply book each class they want.
Can a student book for a friend?
Yes. A student can book several places in one booking, up to the group size you allow. The whole booking shares one QR ticket, and you can check in everyone at once or only the people who have arrived.
How do I cut no-shows in my classes?
Send a reminder at the time that suits your class, ask for online payment when booking and set a clear cancellation window. TicketPa can also mark no-shows for you after each class, so your class lists and reports stay accurate.
