One TicketPa account can own several businesses and belong to others as a team member. Each business has its own activities, bookings, booking page, payments and team, and you work in one at a time.

Your first business is free to add. To own another, one of your businesses needs to be on Pro. Until then, New business shows Pro, and the page says how to move to it. See Your plan and what it includes.

Steps to add a business

  1. Select the business card at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Select New business. You can also go to Settings, then Businesses, and select New business there.
  3. Fill in the details under Add a business and select Create business. See Set up your business for what each field does.

You become the new business's Owner, and its dashboard opens.

Steps to switch businesses

  1. Select the business card at the top of the sidebar. It shows the business you're in and your role there.
  2. Under Businesses, select the one you want. A tick marks the business you're in.

You stay in the same part of TicketPa in the other business, so if you were on Bookings, you now see its bookings. From one booking, activity or other record, you land on that list in the other business, as the record belongs to the business you left. When you log in, TicketPa opens the business you were last in.

See all your businesses

Select your initials at the top right, then Settings, then Businesses. Each business shows with your role in it, and the buttons next to it:

  • Edit business opens its Team and settings page. If you're a Host there, the button is View business.
  • Leave business takes you off the team of a business you don't own. See Change a member's role or remove them.

Good to know

  • Your role can differ between businesses. You can be the Owner of one and a Host in another.
  • Search, the notifications bell and the Today page only show the business you're in.
  • When another business invites you and you accept, it joins your list.
  • You can't leave a business you own. To close it, see Delete a business.
  • Joining other businesses when they invite you works on every plan. Only owning more than one needs Pro.
