You can delete your TicketPa account from your profile settings. Deleting it signs you out and removes your login for good. It can't be undone.
Note: If you only want to stop working with one business, leave it instead. Go to Settings, then Businesses, and select Leave business next to it. Your account stays. See Change a member's role or remove them.
Before you delete your account
- If you own a business, delete the business first. A business can't be left without its owner, and it can't be handed to someone else yet. Go to Team and settings in the sidebar and select Delete business at the bottom of the page. Deleting a business can't be undone either. See Delete a business.
- If you signed up with Google, create a password first. You confirm the deletion with your password. Go to Settings, then Security, and create one there.
Steps to delete your account
- Select your initials at the top right of the dashboard, then Settings.
- On Profile, go to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter your password.
- Select Delete account to confirm.
You are signed out and taken to the TicketPa homepage.
What happens to your data
- Your account and your login are deleted, including any link to your Google account.
- You are removed from every business you were a member of. The businesses keep running, with their bookings, guests and settings.
- Invitations you sent that nobody has accepted yet are cancelled.
