Log in to TicketPa with the email address and password of your account. If you've forgotten the password, you can set a new one with a link we email you.

Steps to log in

  1. Go to ticketpa.com and select Log in at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your Email address and Password.
  3. Tick Remember me to stay logged in on this device.
  4. Select Log in.

If you turned on two-factor authentication, TicketPa then asks for the code from your authenticator app. See Turn on two-factor authentication.

TicketPa opens the dashboard of the business you were last in. If you haven't set up or joined a business yet, it asks for your business details first.

If you see Continue with Google at the top of the log in page, you can log in with your Google account instead. See Sign in with Google.

Steps to reset a forgotten password

  1. On the log in page, select Forgot password? next to the password field.
  2. Enter your Email address and select Email password reset link.
  3. Open the email called "Reset your password" and select Reset Password. The link works for 60 minutes.
  4. Enter a new Password and the same one again in Confirm password.
  5. Select Reset password, then log in with your new password.

Your new password needs at least 12 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol, and it can't be one that has appeared in a known data leak.

Log out

Select your initials at the top right of the dashboard, then Log out.
