TicketPa can email guests a thank-you a few hours after their activity, with a link to leave a review on Google, Tripadvisor or any other review site. It only does this once you add your review link.
Steps to turn on review requests
- Go to On the day in the sidebar.
- Under Review request, paste the full link to your review page in Review link, starting with https://.
- Select Save settings.
To stop sending them, clear Review link and select Save settings. A request that hasn't gone out yet isn't sent.
When guests get it
- 2 to 6 hours after their time slot ends. TicketPa checks every 15 minutes.
- Once per booking.
- Bookings that ended more than 6 hours earlier aren't asked late, so adding your link today doesn't email guests from past days.
The email's subject starts with "Thanks for joining" and the activity's name. It has a Leave a review button that opens your link. The booking's timeline shows Review request emailed.
Who gets it
- If your team checked in anyone on the time slot, only the guests who were checked in.
- If nobody on the time slot was checked in, every guest with a confirmed booking. This way it still works if you don't use check-in.
For appointments booked at a free time with your staff, the same goes for the whole day: once your team checked in anyone that day, only the guests who were checked in are asked.
- Never guests whose booking was cancelled or marked as a no-show, or guests without an email address.
Note: Once you check in one guest on a time slot, guests you forget to check in on that slot don't get a review request. Check in everyone who came. See Check guests in.
