FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Bókun free?
Bókun has a free plan for managing Viator bookings, with one user and no online selling. Selling on your own website starts with its START plan at $49 a month plus 1.5% of applicable bookings.
Does Bókun charge a fee on Viator bookings?
Not on its standard plans: Bókun's help center says Viator bookings and bookings added by hand carry no Bókun fee. Its channel manager plans do include a 0.5% to 1.5% fee on Viator reservations.
Which is cheaper for direct bookings?
On $5,000 of online bookings a month, Bókun START costs $49 plus 1.5% ($75), so $124. TicketPa Standard costs $49 plus 1% ($50), so $99. Your payment provider's card fees come on top of both.
