How TicketPa and Rezdy differ
Monthly price and fees

Agents and marketplaces
Rezdy includes its channel manager and access to more than 12,000 agents on every plan, with connections to Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia and Booking.com. TicketPa syncs with Viator and GetYourGuide, but not yet with agents or other marketplaces.
Payments
Rezdy has its own processor, RezdyPay, powered by Stripe, and more than 20 other payment options. TicketPa uses your own Stripe or PayPal account. Card processing fees come on top in both.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does Rezdy cost?
Rezdy's pricing page lists $49, $99 and $249 a month, plus 3% per online booking and $0.70 to $1 per offline or agent booking. There is a 21-day free trial and no setup fee.
Can I pass the booking fee on to guests?
Yes, on both. Rezdy lets you absorb its 3% online booking fee or pass it on to guests. TicketPa lets you pay its 0.5% to 2% yourself, which is the default, or add it to the guest's price as a booking fee, on every plan.
Which costs less on $5,000 a month of online bookings?
Rezdy Foundation costs $49 plus 3% ($150), so $199, or $49 if you pass the 3% on to guests. TicketPa Standard costs $49 plus 1% ($50), so $99, or $49 if you pass the 1% on to guests. Card fees come on top of both.
Is TicketPa a channel manager?
TicketPa syncs with Viator and GetYourGuide, but it isn't a full channel manager for agents and other marketplaces. If those bring most of your bookings, Rezdy fits better today.
