Download your bookings as a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet or send to your accountant. You can download every booking over a range of dates from Reports, or just the bookings you pick from the bookings list.

Steps to download a range of dates

  1. Go to Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Pick the dates. They are the days the activities run, not the days guests booked.
  3. Select Download bookings (CSV).

The file is named after the dates, like bookings-2026-09-01-to-2026-09-30.csv. It has every booking on those days, cancelled ones included, so you can see what a late cancellation kept. Bookings on hold and expired bookings are left out.

Steps to download the bookings you pick

  1. Go to Bookings in the sidebar.
  2. Tick the bookings you want, or tick the box in the heading to pick every booking on the page.
  3. Select Export in the bar above the list.

This file has exactly the bookings you ticked, whatever their status. You pick them on one page of the list at a time. See how to send reminders and export bookings.

What's in the file
