The Bookings page lists every booking of your business, from your booking page, your team and walk-ins. Use it to look up a guest, see who is coming or check what happened to a booking.

Upcoming and past bookings

Go to Bookings in the sidebar. The list has two tabs, each with its count:

  • Upcoming: bookings that haven't ended yet, soonest first. A booking that is under way right now is still here.
  • Past: bookings that have ended, latest first.

Each row shows the booking reference, the guest, the activity, the date and start time, the number of guests, the amount and the status. Dates and times are in the local time of the activity. Select a row to open the booking. The list shows 25 bookings a page, with page numbers at the bottom.

To sort the list, select a column heading: Guest, Activity, Date, Guests or Amount. Select it again to reverse the order.

Steps to search and filter

  1. Type in the search box above the list and press Enter. You can search by the full booking reference, by part of the guest's name or email address, or by at least 4 digits of their phone number.
  2. Narrow the list with the filters next to it:
    • Any date: pick a day to see its bookings. The tabs then count that day's upcoming and past bookings. A day before today opens Past, and today or a later day opens Upcoming. Switch tabs to see the rest of the day.
    • Any status: show one status only, like Confirmed or Cancelled.
    • All channels: show bookings from the Booking page, Added by your team or Walk-in.
    • All activities: show one activity's bookings. This filter shows once you have more than one activity.
  3. Select Clear filters to see every booking again.

Search from any page

Select Search at the top of any page, or press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl K on other computers. Type at least 2 characters to find:

  • Bookings by reference, or by the guest's name, email or phone number. Bookings on hold and expired bookings aren't listed.
  • Guests by name, email or phone number. Selecting a guest opens the bookings list searched for them, on Upcoming when they have a booking still to come, otherwise on Past.
  • Activities, and pages of the app to go to.

Each group shows up to 5 results. Use the arrow keys and Enter, or select a result.
