How to choose

If marketplaces bring most of your guests

Pick a system that syncs with them, so one calendar keeps your marketplaces and your own website in step. TicketPa syncs with Viator and GetYourGuide; Bókun, Rezdy and Checkfront connect to more.

If most bookings come direct

Work out the total on your own volume: the monthly plan plus any fee per booking. A system without a guest fee keeps the price guests see the same as your price.

If you rent out equipment

Look at Checkfront, which handles hourly and daily rentals. TicketPa is built around time slots and doesn't do rentals yet.

Before you switch
