# TicketPa pricing

> TicketPa is online booking software for small businesses that sell time slots: tours, activities, classes, workshops and events. It costs a monthly plan plus a fee on online payments only. Bookings paid on arrival carry no fee on any plan, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial of Standard, with no card needed.

## How the price works

- A monthly plan: Basic, Standard or Pro. Every plan includes unlimited activities and bookings.
- A fee on online payments: when a guest pays online, TicketPa takes 2%, 1% or 0.5% of the payment, depending on the plan. The business pays it by default, or adds it to the guest's price as a booking fee, on every plan.
- Nothing on pay on arrival: bookings paid on the day, in cash, by card or by bank transfer, carry no fee on any plan, in any country.
- Card fees: online payments go through the business's own Stripe or PayPal account. The provider charges its usual card fee and pays the money out to the business. TicketPa's fee is separate.
- Currencies: plans can be paid in euros, US dollars, British pounds, Polish zloty, Swedish kronor, Norwegian kroner or Danish kroner. Dollar prices are the same numbers as in euros.
- VAT: prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

Example: on a €100 booking paid online, the TicketPa fee is €2 on Basic, €1 on Standard and €0.50 on Pro. The card fee from Stripe or PayPal is charged separately.

- Includes everything in Basic, plus: mobile check-in, guest lists, walk-ins and no-shows, digital waivers, time slot cancellations in one click, review requests after the visit, equipment, spaces and staff for each time slot, Viator and GetYourGuide sync, reports and CSV export, no TicketPa branding on the booking page and emails

## Pro

For larger operators and several brands.

## Free trial

Every new business gets the Standard plan free for 30 days, with no card needed, so it can set up its activities and take real bookings first. At the end of the trial, it chooses the plan that fits.

## Questions about pricing

### Do pay on arrival bookings cost anything?

No. Bookings paid on arrival carry no fee on any plan, however many a business takes. It only pays its monthly plan. The fee applies only when a guest pays online through TicketPa.

### Who charges the card fees?

The payment provider does. Online payments go through the business's own Stripe or PayPal account, so the provider charges its usual card fee and pays the money out to the business.

### Can the business pass the fee on to its guests?

Yes, on every plan. The business pays TicketPa's fee by default, or adds it to the guest's price as a booking fee at checkout. Bookings paid on arrival never carry a fee.

### Are there setup fees, contracts or limits on bookings?

There is no setup fee or contract, and every plan includes unlimited activities and bookings. Plans differ in team members, staff, locations and features.
