# Your plan and what it includes

Updated 2026-10-15 by the TicketPa team. Source: https://ticketpa.com/help/plans-and-limits

Every business is on one of three plans: Basic, Standard or Pro. Your plan sets how many team members, staff and locations you can have, which extra features you get, and TicketPa's fee on online payments.

## See your plan

Go to **Plan** in the sidebar. It shows:

- Your plan, and during the free trial how many days are left.
- How much of each limit you use, like **1 of 3** staff.
- What each plan includes, with yours marked.

## What each plan includes

Every plan has your booking page in 15 languages, online payments and pay on arrival, QR tickets and guest emails, appointments with your staff, the calendar and bookings, and unlimited activities and bookings.

TicketPa's fee on online payments is 2% on Basic, 1% on Standard and 0.5% on Pro. See [Online payment fees explained](https://ticketpa.com/help/online-payment-fees).

**No TicketPa branding** means your booking page, booking form and guest emails show only your business, without "Bookings by TicketPa".

## The free trial

A new business gets Standard free for its first 30 days, with no card needed. **Plan** shows the days left. After the trial, your business is on the plan it was set to.

## Features your plan doesn't include

They stay in TicketPa, with a lock:

- **Check-in**, **Reports** and **Equipment and spaces** in the sidebar show a lock. Their pages say what the feature does and which plan has it, with **See plans**.
- Buttons like **Export**, **Guest list** and **Check in** on a ticket show the plan's name. Selecting one tells you what the feature does.
- The **Waiver** and **Equipment and spaces** tabs of an activity show a lock. You can read what is set up there, but not change it.

## When you reach a limit

When your plan's team members, staff or locations are all used, the button to add another is turned off, and the page says how many your plan includes. A pending invitation counts as a team member until it is accepted, cancelled or expires.

## Change your plan

Until you can choose a plan yourself in TicketPa, select **Ask to change your plan** on **Plan** and we change it for you.

If your business moves to a plan with less, nothing is deleted. Team members, staff and locations you already have stay, but you can't add more until you are under the limit. Features the new plan doesn't include show a lock and say which plan has them.

What keeps working, so nothing is booked twice:

- Equipment and spaces you set up still limit bookings.
- Staff already on booked time slots stay on them.
- Waivers guests signed stay on their bookings.

What stops:

- Guests aren't asked to sign waivers.
- Review requests and payment reminders aren't sent, and no-shows aren't marked for you.
- "Bookings by TicketPa" shows again on your booking page, booking form and guest emails.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do team members count as staff?

Only those who run activities. A team member is someone who logs in; staff are the people guests book or who run time slots, with or without a login.

### Is there a limit on activities or bookings?

No. Every plan has unlimited activities, time slots and bookings.
