# Download bookings as a CSV file

Updated 2026-10-12 by the TicketPa team. Source: https://ticketpa.com/help/download-bookings-csv

Download your bookings as a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet or send to your accountant. You can download every booking over a range of dates from **Reports**, or just the bookings you pick from the bookings list.

## Steps to download a range of dates

1. Go to **Reports** in the sidebar.
2. Pick the dates. They are the days the activities run, not the days guests booked.
3. Select **Download bookings (CSV)**.

The file is named after the dates, like bookings-2026-09-01-to-2026-09-30.csv. It has every booking on those days, cancelled ones included, so you can see what a late cancellation kept. Bookings on hold and expired bookings are left out.

## Steps to download the bookings you pick

1. Go to **Bookings** in the sidebar.
2. Tick the bookings you want, or tick the box in the heading to pick every booking on the page.
3. Select **Export** in the bar above the list.

This file has exactly the bookings you ticked, whatever their status. You pick them on one page of the list at a time. See [how to send reminders and export bookings](https://ticketpa.com/help/send-reminders-and-export).

## What's in the file

One row per booking, sorted by start time, with these columns:

| Column | What it holds |
| --------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Reference | The booking code. |
| Date | The day of the activity, like 2026-10-05. |
| Start | The start time, in the activity's local time. |
| Activity | The activity's name. |
| Channel | Booking page, Added by your team or Walk-in. |
| Status | The booking's status, like Confirmed or Cancelled. |
| Guests | How many people the booking is for. |
| Currency | The currency code, like EUR. |
| Total | What the booking is worth. |
| Paid | What was paid, online and in person. |
| Refunded | What went back to the guest's card. |
| Guest | The guest's name. |
| Email | The guest's email address, if they gave one. |
| Phone | The guest's phone number, with its country code. |
| Booked at | When the booking was made, in your business's timezone. |

Amounts are plain numbers with a dot, like 45.50, without a currency sign, so a spreadsheet can add them up.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why does some text start with an apostrophe?

Text that starts like a spreadsheet formula, with =, +, - or @, gets an apostrophe in front. This stops a spreadsheet from running a guest's name as a formula.

### Which numbers match the report?

The report's **Revenue** adds up Total for bookings that are confirmed, checked in or no-shows. **Collected** is Paid minus Refunded for every row. See [how to read your reports](https://ticketpa.com/help/read-your-reports).
